Brentwood Planning Committee have approved Hallmark Care Homes’ proposal to build a new headquarters for the training of care home staff and a specialist 70-bed care home on land north of Roman Road, Ingatestone, adjacent to the A12 dual carriageway.

Create were appointed in 2020 to provide multidisciplinary planning support, providing a range of technical services. These ranged from the production of a Noise Impact Assessment (desktop and on-site), Mitigation, Glazing and Ventilation Acoustic Assessments, through to Ventilation, Extraction and Sustainability Statements. Our Geo-Environmental team also carried out a Phase 1 and 2 Site Investigation.

Congratulations to the project team, in particular KEW Planning for successfully presenting the proposals to the committee.
