Skegness Gateway

We supported the development of Skegness Gateway – a transformational urban extension of 136 hectares delivering homes, schools, and employment land – with specialist flood risk and water management services, formally adopted through an LDO in 2025.

Stoll Square / 317 Cricklewood Broadway

We supported the planning of both the original Stoll Square residential scheme and the revised Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) at 317 Cricklewood Broadway with multidisciplinary technical services, spanning over five years of regeneration efforts.
