Grace Beard becomes a full member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management

We are proud to share that Grace Beard achieved full membership of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) in November 2025.

Grace joined Create in 2021 after completing an MSc in Environmental Science at the University of Liverpool and has since established herself as a key member of our Water & Flood Risk team. Over the past five years, she has developed strong expertise in hydrological modelling and is one of our go-to consultants for projects requiring GIS-led analysis.

With her full membership now secured, Grace is progressing towards Chartered status, supported by Technical Director Claire Burroughs and the wider Water & Flood Risk team.
