Flood Risk Consultant

Grace joined Create in 2021 as a graduate within our Water & Flood Risk team. She has since progressed to her current role of Flood Risk Consultant, after successfully supporting the planning and design of a diverse range of flood risk projects.

A talented GIS user and 1D/2D modeller, Grace has proven herself to be a key member of the team. She specialises in climate change, specifically Natural Flood Management and Hydrological Modelling.

Independent, driven and highly skilled, Grace strives to make a difference within the industry through her work in flood modelling and the associated climate change adaptation that comes with this. She is often responsible for undertaking a variety of technical services in support of our clients’ projects including hydraulic modelling, flood risk assessments and input into environmental chapters. She is highly proficient with a variety of software, including TUFLOW, FloodModellers, and HEC-RAS.

Grace is currently working towards becoming a full Member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys long walks through the countryside, charcuterie boards and continuing her endeavours to locate the best pub in Britain
