Pooja Nair joins as a Sustainability Consultant

We’re delighted to welcome another new addition to our Sustainability team. Pooja Nair has joined the business as a Sustainability Consultant and will adopt hybrid working from our London office. She will be part of Sunanda Swain‘s team and will work closely alongside Mirza Baig.

With a focus on environmental responsibility and resource efficiency, Pooja will help our clients achieve their sustainability and energy related objectives and aspirations. She will be involved across all stages of development and will conduct energy and sustainability assessments for design and carry out post-construction certifications.

Pooja has an MSc in Construction Project Management from the University of Westminster and a BTech in Civil Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University in India. She previously held the role of Project Engineer while living and working in Mumbai. During this time, she worked on a variety of Green Building projects under various sustainability rating systems including LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, and the WELL Rating system. Earlier this year she completed a placement at Wates in London, where she reviewed Whole Life Cycle and Circular Economy Assessments, conducted site induction training for subcontractors and managed daily reporting using Field View.

Outside of work, you will often find Pooja cooking and experimenting with different cuisines. She is also into a diverse range of musical genres, DIY, travelling to and exploring new places.
