New BREEAM Assessor Qualifications Achieved
We’re proud to share that two members of our Sustainability team have recently achieved important professional milestones in sustainable building assessment.
Mirza Baig has successfully passed the BREEAM In-Use International New Assessor examination. This enables Mirza to support clients in improving the sustainability performance of their existing assets across a broad range of building types, in line with internationally recognised best practice.
Pooja Nair has also passed the BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment New Assessor course. This allows Pooja to deliver sustainability assessments for refurbishment projects of existing homes, helping our clients meet environmental targets while enhancing the quality and efficiency of domestic properties.
“We’re incredibly proud of both Mirza and Pooja for their commitment to professional development in sustainability. Their new qualifications not only deepen our team’s capabilities but also reflect our ongoing drive to lead on environmental performance across both new and existing buildings. These achievements place us in an even stronger position to support clients in meeting their sustainability goals with rigour and confidence.”
Sunanda Swain, Technical Director
Their success further strengthens our in-house sustainability capability, and demonstrates our continued commitment to providing expert guidance on delivering environmentally responsible and high-performing developments.
Both qualifications were fully funded by Create, as part of our ongoing investment in the professional development of our staff and our commitment to expanding our in-house sustainability expertise.
