Rob Brusselen promoted to Associate Director

We’re delighted to announce the promotion of Rob Brusselen to Associate Director (Civil Engineering). This well-deserved step reflects Rob’s recent contributions and his growing strength in project and team leadership.

Since rejoining Create in June 2024, Rob has gone from strength to strength, taking on an increasingly proactive role within the Civil Engineering team. He has led on technical management, project delivery, client engagement, and staff mentoring, providing consistently high-quality support across the business.

Alongside his day-to-day responsibilities, Rob has also taken the initiative to act as a key contact for careers outreach, working with organisations such as City College Norwich and giving his time to support and inspire the next generation of engineers.

In his new role, Rob will take on more complex and higher-value projects, operating with greater autonomy and contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making that will help shape the future direction of the team. This will include an increased focus on business development and relationship building as Rob helps explore new workstreams and sectors for the company.
