Create’s Civil Engineering discipline looks towards the future with the appointment of Will Green, Technical Director.

We are pleased to welcome Will Green to the team as Technical Director, joining our Civil Engineering discipline to support the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects across the UK.

An experienced Chartered Civil Engineer, Will brings over 25 years’ experience spanning consultancy, client, and contractor roles, including periods of secondment with the Environment Agency and Hampshire County Council. His career has seen him lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex highways, drainage, rail, bridge, and substation projects across the UK, with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.

Will is a strategic thinker and business planner with a proven record of developing new business streams and growing successful engineering teams. He combines strong leadership and business acumen with extensive experience managing commercial, financial, operational, health, safety, and environmental risks.

Recognised for his client relationship skills, Will has built and maintained lasting partnerships with clients and strategic collaborators throughout his career. He is equally passionate about mentorship and professional development, serving as an ICE Supervising Civil Engineer and Assessor for Civil Engineering Apprenticeship End Point Assessments.

Outside of work, Will also shares his expertise as a part-time maths teacher, teaching Level 2, 3 and 5 mathematics to the next generation of engineers.

Will joins Create at a pivotal time. His multidisciplinary expertise and specialist experience in areas such as recruitment, succession, and strategic planning will play a fundamental role in shaping our future success.
