Plot 5, Nene Parade in Wisbech secures reserved matters

November 26, 2025

Create is delighted to share that Plot 5, Nene Parade in Wisbech has now received reserved matters approval, following the outline planning permission granted in 2023 and the subsequent amendment allowing phasing, approved in February of this year.

Following the amendment, Fenland Future Limited appointed us to provide multidisciplinary support on the reserved matters submission. The proposed scheme comprises an Extra Care home providing 70 apartments with accompanying communal areas for residents. It forms part of the wider Nene Waterfront regeneration, which consists of five identified plots with capacity for approximately 120 new homes.

Working closely with BMOR, Planning Potential, Dyer, Caneparo Associates, and Red Ecology, our team provided specialist advice for several key areas including foul and surface water management, SuDS design, flood mitigation, evacuation planning and resilience measures. We also secured two separate approvals for Section 106 applications with Anglian Water.

The development is one of Fenland Future Limited’s inaugural residential projects, alongside The Elms in Chatteris. Once complete the scheme will deliver truly affordable homes for over 55’s in the heart of Fenland.

A modern, multi-story brick apartment building with large windows and balconies, nestled along Nene Parade, surrounded by trees, greenery, and people walking on a paved path.
