Planning approval granted for Crocus Homes’ Saxon Fields development in Woodton, South Norfolk
We are excited to hear that Crocus Homes have received a resolution to grant planning approval for their 50-home Saxon Fields development in the beautiful village of Woodton, South Norfolk.
A collaboration between Crocus Homes, ESCO Developments and EA Mayhew and Sons, Saxon Fields features a mixture of bungalows and houses. 17 of the homes will be affordable. 3 custom-build plots will also feature on the development along with open spaces, a trim trail and community orchard. The entire site will be thoughtfully landscaped to enhance the local environment. Two new footpaths will be constructed, one connecting the new homes to the local school and the other improving connectivity to the village via Woodyard Square.
