Placing road safety and traffic management at the forefront as we welcome Natasha Payne
As part of the continued expansion of our Civil Engineering team, we are excited to welcome Tash Payne to the business in the role of Senior Engineer. Tash will adopt a hybrid working arrangement from our Norwich head office.
Tash is a member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (MCIHT) and the Society of Road Safety Auditors (MSoRSA) and specialises in road safety and traffic management. Prior to joining Create, Tash was a member of AECOM’s Streets team for six and a half years. During this period, she was responsible for delivering road and junction designs, developing specification documents, carrying out road safety audits, collision analysis, drainage and engineering requirements. She has significant experience of working on projects across the UK and further afield in China, having spent time working on behalf of AECOM’s Hong Kong office.
Tash has been with us for one week and has already shown her ability to take on a challenge with her passion for road safety evident. We are excited to see how her experience and multidisciplinary skillset can benefit the whole business but in particular how her understanding of road safety and traffic management can benefit the strategies and highways/network designs we deliver for our clients.
When not working, Tash enjoys running, spending time with her wife and dog. She also has a habit of buying plants that she doesn’t really need!
