Group investment starts to make its mark, as Stella Fletcher Helps joins Create’s Transport & Highways team

June 12, 2026

Create is delighted to welcome Stella Fletcher Helps, who joins our Transport & Highways team as a Graduate Transport Planner.

Since becoming part of The Lanpro Group in April, Create has entered an exciting new chapter of growth, powered by shared ambitions that are enabling us to bring in new talent, while increasing both our resiliency and ability to deliver for our clients. Stella’s arrival is the latest milestone in that journey.

Prior to joining Create, Stella worked as a GIS Technician Assistant at ElecTech Solutions and as a Horticulturalist at Hadfields Nursery. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Hertfordshire, where she was also Chairperson of the Geography, Environment and Planning Society. She brings with her a pre-existing skillset in ArcGIS and geospatial platforms that is already proving valuable to our team. She also holds a valid Drone Flyers ID with hands-on experience flying drones for surveying purposes.

As a graduate consultant, Stella will be developing her existing skillset and expanding her technical expertise across traffic monitoring, technical coordination, modelling, GIS analysis, and data gathering and management. She will be working closely alongside two associate directors, Aidan Fisher-Rowe – who also started his career with us as a graduate before progressing to his current position – and Mark Allen, both of whom have significant transport planning and consultancy expertise that will greatly benefit Stella’s continued professional development.

“As the Transport & Highways team continues to build its capabilities in line with Create’s and the group’s wider growth strategy, Stella will play a crucial role. We’re delighted to have her on board. Aidan and Mark will be fantastic mentors, and I’m excited to see how Stella develops.”
