Chris Sargisson joins Create as a Management Consultant

Create are delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Sargisson from Sargisson Associates to fulfil the role of Management Consultant. Chris will be working directly with our Managing Director, Jonathan Cage, and our senior leadership team to maximise growth and performance.

In the 15 years since the business was founded, we have experienced strong growth driven by a highly professional team who deliver high quality, multidisciplinary services. We have expanded from a small team and one office in Norwich to a diverse, highly adaptable business with over fifty people and five offices across the UK. Chris joins the business at a pivotal moment and will help us to strengthen our foundations going forward. He will provide us with specialist business insight and practical support that ensures we build upon our successes, culture and values, enabling continued growth and development through proactive engagement, innovative operations strategies and a robust, shared future vision.

Chris has spent much of his career within innovation, change and growth roles either with his own businesses, consulting or in senior roles within established organisations seeking change; most recently as Chief Executive Officer for the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce.

He will utilise his business skills to provide objective advice and expertise, helping us to further develop our future capabilities and skillsets as we continue to provide multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy services to existing and new clients across the UK. Chris will consult on a range of items from Corporate Strategy and HR Function to Sourcing, Procurement, Sales and Talent Management.
