BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating awarded to Clockwise Wood Green in London
Our Sustainability team were thrilled to see that Castleforge’s refurbishment and fit-out project, Clockwise Wood Green at Greenside House in London, has achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.
Designed by Hawkins/Brown, the former 1980s building has been transformed to provide modern, fully serviced and beautifully designed coworking spaces, meeting rooms and event spaces across six floors. Located just minutes away from Wood Green tube station, it has excellent transport connections across London. Greenside House is the ideal place for growing businesses to thrive in the post-pandemic world.

The refurbished coworking space was assessed under Part 4: Interior Design and achieved a score of 57.6% overall, which was broken down into eight categories, two of which were scored 100/100 (transport, pollution).
The BREEAM Assessment was produced by licensed assessor, Deborah Elliott, who now works alongside Create’s Sustainability team on a freelance basis having previously spent 7 years leading the team before retirement.
