Alexandra Blake joins as a Senior Sustainability Consultant

We are delighted to announce our latest new starter, Alexandra Blake. Alexandra, or Alecs as she prefers, has joined our Sustainability team and will hold the role of Senior Sustainability Consultant. Alecs is a highly experienced BREEAM Assessor qualified in EcoHomes, Code for Sustainable Homes, UK New Construction – all building types, UK Refurbishment and Fit-out, and Domestic Refurbishment.

Prior to joining Create, Alecs held the role of BREEAM Assessor. In this role she was responsible for undertaking BREEAM assessments and pre-assessments for a wide range of projects working across planning, design and post-construction stages. Alecs also has significant quality assurance experience gained from her time at BRE Global where she held several roles including BIM Scheme Manager, QA Lead Trainer and Senior QA Auditor. She is skilled in programme management, compliance, training and upskilling of people; skills which will no doubt benefit not only our clients but also our business as we continually expand our capabilities.

Outside of work, Alecs enjoys spending time with family and friends, she also likes to complete small courses with flower arranging and dress making next on the agenda. Alecs also studied for four years in Equine Studies with Estate Management and is working hard to make time to get back in the saddle with horse riding!
