Aidan Fisher-Rowe promoted to Associate Director

February 06, 2025

We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Aidan Fisher-Rowe to Associate Director (Transport & Highways). This milestone is a reflection of Aidan’s expertise and dedication to the business, and we couldn’t be prouder of all he has achieved.

Aidan joined Create just over 10 years ago, fresh out of Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Geography. He has since made a lasting impact and contribution to the business. As a Transport Planner, Aidan has worked on a wide range of logistically complex projects across the UK, supporting both private and public sector highways and infrastructure development. He has regularly applied his knowledge and passion for transport planning to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions to our clients. His work has been integral to the success of our Highways & Transport team.

“After ten years of growth and learning, I am thrilled with this promotion and excited for the future. I look forward to the challenges that lay ahead as we look to grow our team and expand our client base. Here’s to the next chapter!”

Aidan Fisher-Rowe, Associate Director

Already well-versed in managing project timelines and budgets as well as collaborating with local authorities and contractors, this new senior role will see Aidan take on a higher degree of responsibilities. As Associate Director he will now contribute directly to the long-term growth and strategic decision-making of the Transport & Highways team.

We are excited to see Aidan take on this new role, as he helps to shape the future of Create and the projects we work on.

Over the years, Aidan has grown not only as a Transport Planner but also as a trusted advisor, always willing to share his insights and collaborate with others across the business. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence have earned him this promotion. Congratulations Aidan on this achievement and I look forward to seeing you develop further in a leadership role over the years to come.”
