Create successfully renews SMAS Worksafe accreditations for 2024
Create are pleased to announce that we have been checked and verified against the SSIP Core Criteria and UK Health & Safety legislation, and awarded the Safety Management Advisory Services (SMAS) Worksafe accreditations as Designer and Principal Designer for 2024.
The renewal of the Designer and Principal Designer accreditations, which are valid for 12 months from December this year, demonstrate our continued commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety throughout the construction process. They also demonstrate our professional competence, design and construction experience.
To inform their decision, SMAS reviewed a number of core areas to determine if we are operating an appropriate and effective health and safety management system. The areas reviewed included our subcontractor assessment process, method statements, risk and COSHH assessments, training information, HSE enforcement actions, accident records and health and safety policies.
“Delivering excellence is one of our four core values, and we are thrilled to be able to show potential and existing clients that our business meets the requirements for health and safety, yet again. I would also like to say well done to Health & Safety Manager, Peter Lavers for his continued commitment to health and safety in the workplace.”
