Who is Andy?
Andrew (Andy) is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer within our Geo-environmental team. He joined the business in 2017, having previously worked for Fairhurst, WorleyParsons and Buckingham Group Contracting. Since joining us, Andy has contributed to a wide range of projects across the UK, supporting the investigation and assessment of ground conditions. He began his career in engineering consultancy in XXXX.
What Andy brings to our team?
Andy brings strong technical expertise in ground investigation, geotechnical assessment, and foundation design. His experience includes interpreting site data, assessing ground risk, and providing practical recommendations to support development. He works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure geotechnical considerations are fully integrated into the design process.
Outside of work
Andrew has a passion for cycling and the great outdoors and can often be found exploring with his children.
In January 2023 the northbound carriageway of the A21 near Hastings was closed due to a landslide. We were appointed by MJ Church Group to provide Geo-environmental services.
A sustainable gas-free development comprising 70 new homes on the site of a former Murketts car dealership and unused workshop. Create provided multidisciplinary services to support the planning application, which received approval in September 2024.
