PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A new depot for Ben Burgess to facilitate the permanent expansion of their operations in the Rutland area. The branch provides an extensive range of agricultural, construction and grounds care machinery sales, parts and services.
Our multidisciplinary team were initially appointed in mid-2020 to support the compilation of a full planning application for the depot, working alongside Liz Lake Associates and K Garnham Design. Together we put together all the requirements for a full application, which was submitted for approval in late 2020.
With planning secured in early 2021, we went on to provide further support during the detailed design and construction stages. The depot was completed by Cox Construction and opened in November 2022.
