Simon joined Create in 2022 and is part of our MEP Building Services team. He brings over 25 years’ experience in building services design and prior to joining Create, held roles as Architectural Technician and CAD Technician at a range of consultancies and contractors.
Simon brings skills in MEP coordination, service layout design, site plans and elevations, with a project portfolio ranging from specialist data centres and healthcare facilities through to commercial and leisure spaces. His breadth of experience and ability to work across project types and scales makes him a highly versatile resource for the team.
Simon enjoys golf, countryside walks and socialising with friends and family.
A new purpose-built community hospice in Gorleston-on-Sea, currently at RIBA Stage 4 - Technical Design. Having secured planning in 2025, Create are continuing to deliver multidisciplinary services as part of the design team.
