Simon joined Create in 2022 and is part of our MEP Building Services team. He has over 25 years’ experience in building services design and prior to joining our team, spent time as an Architectural Technician and CAD Technician.
Throughout his career, Simon has become adept at working collaboratively alongside architects, planners and contractors, providing expert technical advice for projects of all shapes and sizes, across all sectors. His project portfolio ranges from specialist data centres and healthcare facilities through to commercial and leisure spaces. From coordinating MEP installations to designing service layouts, site plans and elevations, Simon provides our clients with a wealth of specialist skills to support the development of their projects.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys golf, countryside walks and socialising with friends and family.
