Rob is an Associate Director within our Civil Engineering team with over 30 years’ experience in infrastructure planning, design and delivery across both consultancy and contractor environments. Following 2 years with Barter Hill Partnership and Canham Consulting, he returned to Create in 2024 as Principal Civil Engineer.
Rob brings extensive experience in civil engineering design, site delivery and infrastructure coordination. His background spans groundworks, site engineering and consultancy roles, giving him a strong understanding of how infrastructure schemes are delivered in practice.
Rob enjoys travelling, snowboarding, swimming and golf.
A new purpose-built community hospice in Gorleston-on-Sea, currently at RIBA Stage 4 - Technical Design. Having secured planning in 2025, Create are continuing to deliver multidisciplinary services as part of the design team.
Supporting Ørsted since 2018, we’ve delivered key DCO, planning, construction and technical compliance services for Hornsea 3 – a major offshore wind development and critical component of the UK’s 2030 energy strategy.
