Rethu joined Create in 2026. Rethu holds an M.Sc. in Climate Resilience in Environmental and Sustainable Architecture (CRESTA) from the University of Liverpool.
Prior to joining us, she served as a Sustainability Consultant at Ecospheric, where she specialised in providing technical input into Passivhaus and AECB certified buildings as well as large-scale decarbonisation strategies. She is also an OCDEA Accredited Assessor.
Outside of her technical work, Rethu has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to community and sustainability through various workshops – ranging from bamboo construction to urban inclusivity research in collaboration with Danube University.
