Olivia joined Create in 2026. She specialises in emissions inventory development – the systematic quantification of air pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions across defined areas and timeframes. She is also experienced in dispersion modelling using ADMS-Urban/6 and RapidAir, GIS-based analysis, and regulatory compliance.
