Oliver joined Create in 2026 as a Technical Assistant, a role created to provide dedicated technical support across a number of disciplines – specifically Acoustics and Air Quality. He contributes to the delivery of high-quality assessments, surveys and technical reports at feasibility, planning, design and construction stages, working alongside consultants, engineers, and technicians across the business.
Oliver brings an enthusiasm to learn and an adaptable approach to his work, supporting multiple teams with data gathering, report preparation and technical coordination. His role gives him broad exposure to Create’s full range of services.
