Nalisha joined Create in 2021 as an Air Quality Consultant and has since progressed to her current role of Senior Air Quality Consultant. As one of the first members of our Air Quality team, Nalisha has played a key role in its development and expansion.
After graduating from the University of East Anglia, Nalisha undertook an internship in Odour Management at Silsoe Odours before eventually moving into Air Quality consultation. Nalisha spent 2 years at RSK where she gained experience in a variety of air quality monitoring projects and various technical assessments.
Since joining us, Nalisha has developed a robust set of site investigation skills which have enabled her to carry out high-quality field work and perfect her technical report writing skills. Working predominantly throughout pre-planning and planning, Nalisha has played a crucial role in dozens of successful planning applications to date working closely alongside clients such as Concertus, Inland Homes, and Planning Potential. On the success of applications, Nalisha also provides effective dust mitigation strategies for the construction phases of developments.
