Marie joined Create in 2022 and has been tasked with supporting the development of our Utilities service offering. She will provide our clients with a range of technical services to support the provision or installation of water, gas, electricity, and telecoms.
Prior to joining our utilities team, Marie held the roles of Energy Consultant, Portfolio Manager, and Estimating and Planning Manager. With 25 years’ experience behind her, Marie has worked on two different sides of the utilities sector. This has provided her with a detailed understanding of what it takes to deliver utilities projects for a range of private and public sector clients across the UK.
Marie is an innovative and creative thinker, capable of providing bespoke utility solutions to clients. She also maintains a robust set of negotiation and project management skills. Marie also has significant experience in the de-commissioning, disconnection, and diversion process for existing services. This allows her to reduce delays to programme and ensure our clients’ projects are built on time.
When she’s not negotiating her sons’ teenage years, she’s tackling the renovation and modernisation of 1930s family home.
