Lee is Technical Director responsible for the growth, output and performance of our MEP Building Services team. Lee has over 27 years’ experience providing Electrical Design services to the construction and property industry with a robust understanding of planning, design, coordination, installation & commissioning. He has worked on a variety of schemes ranging from 1800 unit mixed-use residential developments and high-rises to schools, sports stadiums, educational and historic buildings.
Lee has held a number of roles during his career, mixed between Consultancy roles and on-site Resident Engineering roles for D&B. Lee has worked for the likes of BDP, Meinhardt, Mott MacDonald. He possesses strong knowledge of technical standards, legislation, commercials, health and safety. In particular, Lee specialises in fire strategy requirements and the impacts these may have on progressing designs for services and building layouts.
Lee’s experience of delivering mechanical and electrical services for a wide variety of clients across all sectors makes him the ideal person to take overall leadership responsibilities for the delivery of all MEP aspects on a scheme. He is a natural leader, capable of ensuring high levels of coordination between Create’s multidisciplinary teams, the wider external project team and key stakeholders.
Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time with his family & dog, travelling. He also enjoys motorbikes and often found in his favourite place the Gym.
