Who is Leah Drummond?
Leah joined Create in September 2026 as an Apprentice Civil Engineer in our Glasgow. She is enrolled on the BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering Apprenticeship programme at the University of Strathclyde – a four-year degree. The structure of Leah’s apprenticeship will see her academic learning and practical experience develop together, and she will be supported throughout by Create’s team. Prior to joining Create, Leah studied Mathematics for a year before committing to a degree apprenticeship.
What does Leah bring to our team?
Leah brings enthusiasm and commitment, alongside strong analytical foundations, and an expanding technical skillset, developed through her studies to-date.
Outside of Work
Leah can usually be found playing the role of a jester for her daughter, listening to music or endlessly doom-scrolling on her phone.
