Keith is an Incorporated Engineer and Technical Director responsible for the growth, output and performance of our MEP Building Services team. Keith has more than 40 years’ experience providing technical services to the construction and property industry with extensive knowledge of planning, design, installation and commissioning.
Prior to joining us in November 2022, he held appointments as an NIC EIC Inspecting Engineer and Associate Electrical Engineer with NPS (Norse Consulting) where he led the electrical design team for 9 years.
Keith possesses strong knowledge of technical standards, legislation, commercial, health and safety. He has also acted as an Expert Witness in both civil and criminal court proceedings, reporting on accidents, incidents, and standards of workmanship for Local Authority Trading Standards and Environmental Health, private individuals, landlords and insurance companies.
He is a member of the BSI JPEL/64A – Verification – sub-committee, and a member of the JPEL/64 – Electrical Installations of Buildings – joint committee, regularly contributing to the continuous development of BS 7671.
