Karen has been with Create since we were founded in 2009, which makes her one of the company’s longest-serving team members. As an Accounts Manager, Karen is a crucial part of the finance team. She works closely alongside our Finance Director, playing a key role in the day-to-day financial management of the business.
Karen brings attention to detail and a deep familiarity with the business that is difficult to replicate. Her thorough knowledge of Create’s financial processes, make her an essential part of the finance team.
Karen likes to drag Jonathan – our Managing Director – to live music events across the country, especially now that the children live away from home. She is very fond of schnauzers.
