Who is Jake?
Jake is a Senior Structural Engineer within our Structures team. He joined Create in March 2026, having previously worked at NPS Property Consultants where he worked on schemes up to £24 million in value. He began his career in engineering consultancy in 2019.
What Jake brings our team?
Jake brings proven expertise across steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber structures, alongside a wide range of foundation solutions. His project experience spans new builds, refurbishments, extensions, and alterations. He is also experienced in structural surveys, site inspections, contractor liaison, and CDM compliance.
Client impact
Jake is comfortable operating across all stages of design and delivery. His grounding in both technical production and site-based work gives him a practical approach that benefits clients and the wider project team alike.
Outside of work
Jake is a long‑standing member of Lowestoft and Yarmouth Rugby Club, having played for nearly 15 years. He also enjoys cooking and spending time relaxing at home with his cat.
