Jake is a Senior Structural Engineer within our Structures team. He joined Create in March 2026, having previously worked at NPS Property Consultants where worked on schemes up to £24 million in value.
Jake brings proven expertise across steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber structures, alongside a wide range of foundation solutions. His project experience spans new builds, refurbishments, extensions, and alterations, including schemes up to £24.6 million in value. He is also experienced in structural surveys, site inspections, contractor liaison, and CDM compliance. His grounding in both technical production and site-based work gives him a practical approach that benefits clients and the wider project team alike.
Jake is a long‑standing member of Lowestoft and Yarmouth Rugby Club, having played for nearly 15 years. He also enjoys cooking and spending time relaxing at home with his cat.
