Jake is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 7 years’ experience delivering structural design, engineering, and planning-stage input on projects across the UK. He joined Create in March 2025, having previously worked for NPS Property Consultants in Norwich.
He brings proven expertise across steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber structures, alongside a broad range of foundation solutions. His experience covers new build, refurbishment, extension, and alteration projects, including schemes with values up to £24.6 million.
Jake also has strong experience in structural surveys, site inspections, contractor liaison, and CDM compliance. He is currently working towards Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status.
