Jake joined Create in 2025 as a Senior Structural Engineer, bringing over six years of hands-on structural design experience to the Structures team. He holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Anglia Ruskin University.
Jake previously worked for NPS Property Consultants, where he led and contributed to a broad portfolio of education and residential schemes. He brings proven expertise across steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber structures, alongside a wide range of foundation solutions. His project experience spans new builds, refurbishments, extensions, and alterations, including schemes up to £24.6 million in value. He is also experienced in structural surveys, site inspections, contractor liaison, and CDM compliance.
