Iain joined Create in 2022 and is responsible for the management and development of our Utilities service offering. He has over 16 years’ experience in utilities and will provide our clients with a range of technical services to support the provision or installation of water, gas, electricity, and telecoms.
Prior to joining our utilities team, Iain was a Commercial Manager at PDI Utilities. Whilst there, he became skilled in quantity surveying, cost control, contract management, commercial awareness, engineering and project delivery.
Iain is capable of providing bespoke utility solutions to clients across the UK. His detailed understanding of utilities requirements throughout the planning stage enables him to play a key role in the planning application and discharge process. He is also adept at the management and installation of new services, alongside managing the de-commissioning or disconnections and diversions required for existing mains and services.
Outside of work, Iain enjoys spending time with his two boys and watching motorsport, in particular Formula One.
