Saba is a Chartered Environmental Scientist and Air Quality Consultant with over 15 years’ experience delivering and assessing the impacts of air quality, dust and odour for developments across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. She joined Create in 2025 as Technical Director (Air Quality) and has since played a key role in the growth and performance of our team. Prior to this, Saba held senior roles at WSP, Royal HaskoningDHV and AtkinsRealis.
Saba brings significant expertise in air quality impact assessments, odour surveying, dispersion modelling using ADMS and AERMOD, dust management planning and Environmental Impact Assessment input. She has extensive experience engaging with local authorities and the Environment Agency and is highly capable at presenting technical findings to support planning applications for major and sensitive development proposals. Saba is also passionate about innovation, mentoring and promoting STEM careers through outreach and professional engagement with organisations including the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Institute of Air Quality Management.
Saba enjoys travelling and loves her pets. Having grown up in Egypt, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and spent some time in Pakistan, she draws on her international upbringing to enrich her perspective on life and work.
