Chris is a business operations, strategy and management specialist who joined us in 2023. In his role as Management Consultant to the business he is responsible for maximise growth and performance, reporting directly to Managing Director, Jonathan Cage.
Chris has spent much of his career within innovation, change and growth roles either with his own businesses, consulting or in senior roles within established organisations seeking change. He most recently held the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce.
He utilises his experience and skills to help us to further develop our future capabilities and skillsets as we continue to provide multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy services to existing and new clients across the UK. He consults on a range of items from Corporate Strategy, Business Operations and HR Function to Sourcing, Procurement, Sales and Talent Management.
