Careers

Create are a collaborative team of experts that want to attract, develop and retain the very best. It is our goal to build a diverse, considerate working environment, where honest and strong moral principles allow us to innovate and deliver for our clients. Our people are integral to this vision and by supporting and encouraging one another we stay true to what we stand for; positively impacting the built and natural environment, our communities, people and planet. Join us, and together we can ensure that the future is a more tolerant, sustainable and stable place for future generations.

I started at Create in November 2011 as a Graduate Hydrologist and have progressively worked my way up through the ranks. Over the past decade my professional competence has developed steadily and I have become a Chartered Member of the Institution of Water and Environmental Management. I have enjoyed working on a diverse range of challenging projects and have built robust relationships with clients and colleagues alike. In my role as a Technical Director, I take great pride in setting up my teammates for success by supporting them with their continued professional development and career ambitions. Working here has been a challenging but truly rewarding journey for me.

Graham Sinclair, Technical Director (Water & Flood Risk)
