Aidan Fisher

Principal Transport Planner

Aidan joined Create in 2014 as graduate and has since progressed to the role of Principal Transport Planner within our Transportation & Highways team. He is adept at project management and the production of various technical requirements for projects, including transport assessments, traffic modelling, construction traffic management plans, and feasibility studies.

Aidan has coordinated the successful implementation of Section 278 and 106 requirements, often playing a critical role in the detailed design process. He has represented clients at planning committee meetings and has been responsible for leading planning presentations.

A strong team player, Aidan often goes above and beyond to achieve clients’ aspirations and objectives. Working closely with local planning and highways authorities has allowed Aidan to build good working relationships. These have allowed him to provide quick responses to queries and consistently deliver successful results.

Aidan is also highly efficient in the use of a variety of software, including CAD, PICADY/ARCADY, LinSig, TRICS, and TEMPRO. He is currently working towards Chartered status.

Outside of work, Aidan enjoys watching and occasionally participating in football. He is a life-long Newcastle United fan.
