Associate Director

Who is Aidan?

Aidan is an Associate Director within our Transport & Highways team. He joined Create in September 2014 as a Graduate and has progressed through the business to his current position, reflecting his technical expertise and consistent contribution to project delivery. Aidan provides expert transport advice that helps clients to plan, design and deliver projects. He regularly represents clients at planning committees and leads presentations, working closely with local planning and highways authorities to build effective relationships and support successful outcomes.

What Aidan brings our team?

Aidan brings strong expertise in transport assessments, traffic modelling, construction traffic management plans and feasibility studies. He has extensive experience supporting a wide range of development projects and plays a key role in coordinating Section 278 and Section 106 requirements, including involvement in the detailed design process.

Outside of work

Aidan enjoys watching and occasionally participating in football. He is a life-long Newcastle United fan.

Our Transport & Highways team have been supporting Cambridge City Council with the first scheme of their Small Sites Programme, Paget Road Garages. The development comprises four semi-detached, three-bedroom homes, parking and landscaping.

Supporting Ørsted since 2018, we’ve delivered key DCO, planning, and technical compliance services for Hornsea 3 – a major offshore wind development and critical component of the UK’s 2030 energy strategy. Our role spans from pre-application to construction.
