Stella joined Create in June 2026 and is part of our Transport & Highways team. Prior to joining Create, Stella worked as a GIS Technician Assistant at ElecTech Solutions and as a Horticulturalist at Hadfields Nursery. Stella holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Hertfordshire, where she was Chairperson of the Geography, Environment and Planning Society and Secretary of the Canoe and Kayak Team.
Stella brings enthusiasm to learn and a developing transport-related technical skillset that includes compliance and traffic monitoring, technical coordination, modelling, GIS analysis, data gathering and management. She is skilled in software such as ArcGIS and geospatial platforms and holds a valid Drone Flyers ID with hands-on experience flying drones for surveying purposes. She is highly organised, confident in public speaking and presenting, with strong interpersonal skills developed throughout her previous roles.
Stella enjoys kayaking, walks on the beach, and pretty much anything that gets her outdoors.
