Rethu joined Create in 2026 as a Sustainability Consultant within our Sustainability team. Prior to joining Create, Rethu worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Ecospheric, where she specialised in Passivhaus and AECB certified buildings and large-scale decarbonisation strategies. Rethu is passionate about applying research and digital tools for high impact, energy efficient built environments.
Rethu brings expertise in Passivhaus design, decarbonisation strategies, BREEAM assessment and OCDEA energy assessment. She has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to sustainability through community engagement, including workshops on bamboo construction and urban inclusivity research in collaboration with Danube University.
