Will is a Chartered Engineer and Technical Director with over 20 years’ experience in highways and infrastructure planning. He joined Create in 2025 and plays a key role in the technical leadership and direction of our civil engineering capability. Prior to this, Will held various senior roles at the likes of SLR Consulting, Waldeck, WYG Group, and Ramboll.
Will brings senior technical expertise in highways and infrastructure engineering, with experience leading the delivery of complex development schemes. He provides strategic technical input that supports the successful delivery of coordinated, functional highways and drainage infrastructure, drawing on experience across feasibility, planning, technical reporting and drawing, discharge of planning conditions and programme management. His leadership ensures designs are coordinated, compliant and aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
Will is passionate about mentoring and professional development. He lecturers once a week at the Lincoln College Group, delivering Level 5 Further Mathematics for Construction, as part of a HND Civil Engineering course.
