Martyn is an Acoustic Consultant with over 6 years’ experience in building acoustics design, environmental noise assessment and modelling, and acoustic commissioning and testing. He joined Create in April 2025, having previously developed his career at Adrian James Acoustics, where he progressed from a junior role to managing complex projects independently.
He is proficient in industry-standard tools such as CadnaA and CATT-Acoustic and has a strong commitment to knowledge-sharing, regularly delivering CPD seminars on acoustic best practice.
Outside of work, Martyn is a dedicated Liverpool fan and enjoys both watching and playing football. He keeps active through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (which he describes as “wrestling people in a dressing gown”) and regular gym sessions. He’s also a keen musician, often found playing bass guitar at gigs in Norwich and further afield.
