Lucyna is a Certified Passivhaus Designer, BREEAM Assessor and Accredited Professional with over 15 years’ experience advising public and private sector clients on a wide variety of sustainability issues.
Lucyna’s skillset includes GIS, IES modelling and carbon footprint estimation tools. She possesses a robust understanding of sustainability in the built and natural environment, specialising in both building certification and mitigating the effects of climate change, which helps to ensure our clients’ projects achieve their sustainability and energy aspirations.
Prior to joining us in March 2025, she was Co-Owner of LWM Consulting, a specialist green building consultancy based in Poland. Whilst with LWM, Lucyna worked on over 60 projects across Europe and the UK, helping projects to obtain green building certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, GRESB, and WELL. She also designed several passive (Passivhaus) buildings, developed and implemented effective environmental strategies for clients to take forward, helping them to lower their energy consumption.
A true Multidisciplinary Consultant, Lucyna also has experience with Civil and Structural Engineering, Water Management, Flood Risk and Sustainable urban Drainage Systems (SuDS), which allow her to assist other disciplines across the business.
Outside of work, Lucyna enjoys outdoors, winter sports, exploring new form of arts and long distance travelling.
