PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A collaboration between Crocus Homes, ESCO Developments and EA Mayhew and Sons, Saxon Fields features a mixture of bungalows and houses. Comprising 50 homes in total, 17 of the homes will be affordable. 3 custom-build plots will also feature on the development along with open spaces, a trim trail and community orchard. The entire site will be thoughtfully landscaped to enhance the local environment. Two new footpaths will be constructed, one connecting the new homes to the local school and the other improving connectivity to the village via Woodyard Square.
Since 2021 we have been part of a multidisciplinary team providing technical services and specialist advice, initially supporting the feasibility stage before progressing on to provide assistance throughout planning. The team includes Brown&Co, WT Design, and Liz Lake Associates. We were appointed to the roles of Transport, Flood Risk, Geo-environmental, and Utilities. The development received resolution to grant planning approval from South Norfolk Council in August 2024.
