Harry joined Create in 2023 and is part of our Water & Flood Risk team. In September 2025, he was promoted to Principal Flood Risk Consultant. He holds an MSc with Merit in Integrated Management of Freshwater Environments from Queen Mary University of London and has over seven years’ professional experience in flood risk and water management.
Prior to joining Create, Harry worked at Buro Happold as a Water Engineer and at Capita as a Hydraulic Modeller, gaining extensive experience on projects ranging from small-scale regional schemes to large national and international developments. He has strong technical expertise and is proficient in software including TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, Flood Modeller, and GIS platforms such as QGIS, ArcGIS, and MapInfo.
Outside of work, Harry enjoys sailing, travelling, and cycling, having spent the second half of 2022 cycling across Europe.
