James is the Finance Director at Create, responsible for overseeing the financial management and reporting of the business. He joined Create in 2018 as a Financial Controller and was promoted to Director in 2021. James works closely with the Managing Director and senior management team, ensuring Create operates on a sound financial footing in support of its continued growth. James brings strong administrative capabilities, accuracy and strategic insight to the business.
James brings expertise in financial planning, accounting, budgeting and forecasting. His clear and proactive approach to financial management gives the wider business the confidence and clarity needed to make sound commercial decisions.
James enjoys spending time with his family. He also likes to go on the occasional long-distance run.
